- 4 tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 60g grated low fat cheese
- Topping of your choice, sliced (ham, tuna, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mushrooms, olives, peppers, pineapple)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
- Place the Tortilla on a baking tray.
- Spread over 1 tbsp of tomato puree.
- Add the topping of your choice and a small sprinkle of cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
